Got a Sport 1.6 and it has got 64,600 miles on the clock. Anyone know when this should be changed? And also how much should I be paying for this? as I have only had the car a few months now.

if ya dont know when it should be done do it NOW, they need doing approx every 35'000 so yours is due soon cost about , £250 from vauxhall with new rollers and tensioner

Will check all the paperwork to see when it was last done. £250 seems quite steep as my 1.4 8v was only about £50. Well it would have been If I hadn't of written it of the night before!

i got a quote at an independent garage for £160 for cambelt, tensioners and rollers changed
