got a problem with it, thought i fixed it... speed hits 0 not working at all atm + the steering is much stiffer... coming home from town it kept shooting up to the speed i was at then falling to 0 again, then died and stayed at 0... fuses are fine... any ideas

do you have abs? if not, check the gearbox speedo sender.

reason i ask, is that the ecu and the clocks use a signakl from the abs to determine the vehicles speed. if the abs is faulty, the ecu wont be able to tell the speed the car is travelling at and think you have stopped, causing the revs to drop and stall.
