i dont know, but as it says "icy2004" in the corner, i'd be inclined to say it was a photoshop, which is a shame, as that looks cool

the front bumper is heavily modded, the cutout is bigger, and the sides are different

it looks like the steinmetz splitter for the pre facelift bumper moulded on the post 97 bumper
