not that hard unless the bolts are rusted on like mine were. had to get a garage to undo top plate on front shock and then use an angle grinder on rear shock bolt to get it off car!

i struggle with the top mounts on the rear shocks, but the rest of it is relatively simple.

when doing the rear shocks, get yourself some decent grips. and when doing the front top mouts give hem a squirt of WD40 before hand and get a deep drop spanner and a hex socket to hold the centre piston rod and give it half a turn to loosen it while it is on the car.
If you pay for my travel ill fit them for free

It'sfairly straight forward mate
I'm fairly sure you should be able to get a haynes over there... Grab yourself a manual and a set of spring clamps and away you go Good luck.

this is the kit i had before, i will reinstall it but perhaps with different springs.
its was scrubing badly at the back and was also doing a very disturbing banging noise, even with only one pasenger at the back.
the scrubing at the front was very rare so the springs might remain the same there.

anyone else had experience with these springs/shocks or am i the onlyone who bought italian suspension?
also can i do smthg with the arches? wheels are ET40 15" with 195/45 profile
