long story cut short, have a corsa B 98', and in trying to remove broken stud from one of the holes which hold the fan to the back of the rad, have cracked the plastic mount bit. (I dont have a haines manual sorry)
Then heard a nice hiss and theres water pissin out from the crack.
The old man suggested something like Radweld? Im not so sure whether it'll stick to plastic though? What do you guys reckon?

Scrappy could be best way to turn...dont want to shell out £100+ for a rad just becuase of a small crack

might be best in the longrun to buy a new one, seals are not aways permenant

get a new rad.
scrappy will charge you bout £20-£30 for a decent 2nd hand one

Can get one brand new for £60 + VAT, not as bad as I thought...
