would the part labled VL485D fit on the corsa, im thinking i may be able to use this and mate it up to the corsa pipe.

Take a few inches off your Corsa down pipe weld it to the XE down pipe, bending it so it mates with the rest of the Corsa system.

was originally a 1.2 8v, it used a straw as a down pipe.

no it wont fit at all mate! i got a custom decat pipe made that went from manifold to standard middle section only cost me £47 supplied and fittd!
much better than a bodge u job

i dont wanna cut the flannge off the manifold as the lamda sensor is literally 5mm away from the end, i might buy that silencer section just for the male part of the flange and weld a pipe to that.

i also wish 2 know how ppl bodged the zaust, so i can drive it 30miles 2 get a full system made up...
im thinking just a piece of flexi ??

nah u defo dont wana cut the flange off the manifold!
if u can get the flange from the CAT pipe! cut that off some straight pipe! and make it somehow fit that would be ur best idea!

i drove mine to the exhaust place without an exhaust just the manifold and got a pipe made up from the xe manifold to my backbox with a small silencer in for £150 quality job

but you can only do that if you have a 16v base car the 1.2 and 1.4 have a skinny little downpipe.
