Yes they are shite, but untill someone else offers me 500 free texts a month and calls then im gunna have to stick with em

yes they are mate!! i just took my phone in for the 2nd time for repair today! they wont swap it for another one, worst customer service ever and dont buy an O2 X1 its the biggest sack of sh1t ever!

yes customer service is crap but its cheap
i pay £10 a mth rental 600 free texts and 50 offpeak mins a nite
same as HIC crap service but cheap as chips

always been good to me!! went to cancel to go cheaper somewhere else and they gave me free itemised billing, 6 months half price line rental and £50 off me phone!
other day phoned up to upgrade to 200 txts a month and they said it would only be another £5

yeah i couldnt pay my bill cos it was so high, so they set up instalment plan, but they keep changing it saying i have to pay X then and then i ring up ask to pay Y they say ok, then 3 days later the write to me telling me their gunna use CCJs against me
Now they tried to randomly up my last payment but half due to added line rental of which was not *agreed* as they put it.
The guy whos "supervising" my account is a fucking nazi. No joke. The first lady i spoke to said hes been a bit harsh as my account was flagged up and he sent letter and phone call NEXT DAY she said its usually a week or something.
What a cock who takes their job like that seriously? Must be a shithead.

ive got the same problem mate! called them bout 4 times 2day gave up after holding for 20mins, they gave me a bill of £396 for the remainder of my contract and hit me with all the shite of the day! and wen i finally got through they said sorry the system is down call back 2moro!!!! GRRRR

you need to phone o2 and get them to data enable your sim card before the mms and gprs works
i also got the 300 free wap mins to work over the gprs

I was bored of my phone after 6 months, so i asked for a new one, they said no, then i complained about not rewarding customer loyalty and they rang me up and asked me wot phone a i would like for free. Result.
