 | alternator belt needs changing then. When you change the belt, give the pulley nut a nice dose of wd40 to loosen it up a tad.

 | its the one that goes round the alternator, just follow the thick +ve cable from the battery and it will go to the alternator

 | alternator is located on right hand side of engine bay (your left
  ). look down towards the ground and you will see a ball shaped object with copper wire inside it. This is your alternator. You might wana invest in a haynes manual to help you along. The belt pulley is just bolted on, and belt can be changed accordingly.

 | Piece of pish to change. there are three bolts on the top, undo the one bolting it to the back of the head, then loosen the one going sideways into the top of the alternator then loosen the one at the top closest to the bulkhead. also loosen the the pivot bolt at the bottom of the alternator then just push the alternator towards the front of the car and the belt will loosen, then change it, then do the opposite to tighten.
