Well i was peeing around with a setting that adjusts the queuing of frames (frames are rendered by the CPU before GPU displays them, CPU is barely 60% usage whilst playing though) and it 'seems' to have made a difference, but this was at 1am in a fairly quiet server (British Sergeants' Mess [BSM] Tactical Hardcore |Mixed - really good server, packed in evenings and uk hosted, 10ms in browser, 60-100ms odd in game).
I'll keep an eye on it and see how i get on.
Also read that you don't directly connect to the server, instead you're routed through EA's servers hence the 100+ ping. Haven't checked it out myself but it wouldn't surprise me

18th, 3 days earlier for PC users if you ordered through steam, although for some reason at the end of that video it says 21st, not sure what's going on there.
