Their the same forms I filled in, I'll have a provisional for coach and minibus along with lorry driver as I just ticked all the boxes

Well as my docs are a con artist £60 but some places specialising in it will do it for £40-50 quid for medical. Its good pay mate, my father makes more than me in 1 week than I do in 2 weeks!!!

Think about it, get a job with someone like ferris and drive to spain, italy, france all your accomadation paid for, food and get free holidays! And when your on your way home you get your tax-free collection for the driver

The DVLA are a bunch of f**king retards, I applied for them to send be a D2 pack online, they send me a D2 form... but no D4? What help is that?
Also which license categories do I need to apply for?

I know, I had the exact same problem. I was lucky mind my father had a spare set! And tachograph also!

Think it's D and D1 (for PCV & Minibus) As lorry is C, C1 and C1+E?

May aswell, as for me if lorry driving doesn't work, I can go to national express and say I got my provisional and they'll put me through my test and i'll have a job straight away, bang-tidy
