I rode the bike in yesterday morning. Was a "tad" slippy. Got some funny assed looks.
Came home at 11.30am. Had to ride through this.
I got through about 4 miles of this stuff, dammmmm slippery on 2 wheels. Turned right down our drive bit. Steady, steaaaadddy, woaah slow down a little, arrgh can't use front, sheet, ice, dab rear...
Doh, rear goes immediatly left (doing about 5-10mph, but 230kg + me, on ice), front slides over and we tumble down. Bung took most of it, but scratched my clutch casing. Luckily no damage though. Turn it off n pick it up. Found out today the gear linkage is bent too, arse.
Thats about midday, just after i dropped it. Snows already covered the mark n snow fell all day adding about another 3-4"
We had some old rag to use as a scarf, and its all still sat outside like this
I rode in today, all be it at midday today. Was also "interesting"
