Drove at a speed that was excessive in all the circumstances (He must have been aswell to get in front of me) failed to brake steer or otherwise control their vehicle as to avoid a collision failed to see or heed the presence of the claimant's vehicle failed to keep any or any proper lookout Drove into collision with the rear of the Claimant's stationary vehicle. 
 
It is written exactly like that you would think they could use correct grammar being a solicitors

don't ask him anything or contact him...just inform his sollicitor to go through insurance. and inform your insurance ASAP
