I'm glad they kept it small. I don't find I can't do anything due to the screen size. I have an iPad or laptop for browsing the web if I am going to be doing lots of it.

That top one isn't an official theme.
Apple have samsung in court because the look so similar, no reason to change it.

Android is inherently different though, widgets and information on your screen being a big one, it's not designed to be full of app icons.

Sorry, I disagree... ios looks and feels fantastic. It's the pinnacle of design, simplicity, functionality and beauty. iOs5 looks even better.
That's what people don't get, htc / samsung etc can increase the specs, but the operating system still looks and feels disgusting, that's why everyone has an iphone imo.

Consistent look and feel is a very strong point as well. The fact that people like HTC bring out their own skins to try and make Android more user friendly says it all. Yes its good you can customise it but the problem is every manufacture is bringing out a phone which feels different from other Andriod phone. This works against them in many ways, not just the consistent look and feel but the lack of updates for older phones due to manufacturers not wanting to test it. (i know this is claimed to be fixed but will wait and see if this is really fixed in the next release as promised)
