mines going to PVS as it is I think aswell. for the whiplash to claim wouldn't he have to show symptoms -> doctor's certificate? as I'm sure they could tell the difference.

Woman, overtook me in a 30 (I was going 25-30 on purpose because she was right up my arse). She got pissed off, overtook me and slammed on deliberately, had nowhere to go and hit her back end. I don't know if she intended to make contact or was just trying to scare me, but she got out shouting about whiplash nonetheless. Claim processis still ongoing.

If you move to another company, you'll probably have to pay your remaining premium on this policy.

Ring Brentacre and ask if they can give you a new policy if there is a claim being processed against you. Most annoying thing is losing your NCB and having to declare an accident for the next 3 to 5 years.

Current insurance is completely paid as its a PAYG monthly type, that i went on to cover me until i was 19 (next weeks) so i could go with brentacre / HIC.

Couldn't really care about my care just don't want to lose my 2 years bonus

What I was going to suggest.

The crack is only noticeable from close up - I could barely see it in the long shot and I was looking for it.

Oh shit im really sorry to hear that.
I dont know if this is good news or bad news but most accidents go 50/50 on roundabouts. A girl at work was involved in a similar sounding accident, she has fought for 2 years and has just had hers settled 50/50 she was hurt in the accident and claimed which enabled her to have the money to get her car fixed - as she was only insured 3rd party.

Like other peeps say you cant really see the crack from the long shot
