Use a Citroen XM V6, hydro-pneumatic suspension is best for towing, and also 190bhp means its fairly quick. Make sure auto box has a cooler on it though, my dad managed to melt his when towing a tin axle through france. up a big hill

whats wrong with an astra van???

1.7td would have a nice torquey engine...

I could buy an old range rover - weight/power.... but would spend alot keeping the fucker going
