I've not ever thought about it before but I'd say the split is pretty much equal. Tim is in charge of the financal side of stuff including all premium membership enquires and also sorts renames and user query type stuff.

Most of my involvement as Tim says is email enquiries which of course you don't see, plus some of the administrative stuff like telling people off and making threating phone calls to dodgy sellers
