My first attempt, Potatoes, Carrot, Beef. Hopefully it'll be good!

Gotta say that Beef does look good above though.

Bought a big pork joint for later in the week too

Awesome. Shame I don't have time to let the meat sit for an hour like ste said but is still nice.

Not keen on yhe carrots but I'm never a fan of them. Muchrooms are epic!

I wouldn't be letting it sit for an hour, you'd need to re-heat it if you did.

That minus the veg = win Gary

I've just bought a slow cooker, wanting to do a chicken casserole. Planning on putting in chicken stock, onion, carrots, celery, some other veg as well. Will I need to sort of seal the chicken first? Also, I know it's a slow cooker, but how long would it take if I did it on high? Any other advice for making it?

I would advise against leaving curry on high overnight. Takes Fucking ages to scrub clean!

Made Kerry's Patented Cowboy Pie yesterday, added a tin of chickpeas and a tin of kidney beans, some fresh chilli and some mustard seeds.

Very nice, i imagine it would work well with chunks of steak etc aswell, but im very happy with it.

Thanks for sharing.
