Well was gonna wash the car earlier and treat it to a bit of wax to take some pics of the new smooth boot . But its been raining on and off all day and windy as fook . But managed to find a couple pics of when it was being done .

I love this car,the stance is amazing!!

Done a really good job on it,the white speedlines pull it off for me,my bro needs to do his white.

Thanks mate im quite a fan of your B ! Keeping my eye on your thread for more progress on the XE !

And i love the speedlines , however now i have them and have got used to them i feel the standard SRi alloys compliment the C better . Probably me jus being stupid lol .

Looking good Black Cs are where it's at

Was it hard to smoke the headlights? It's something I'd like to do.

Also, you don't seem to have the SRi lower front grilles

Thanks mate ! Na the headlights were very easy mate ! Jus heat the edges up with a heat gun till it goes soft and peal the back releasing the lense .

I know mate that's something that's always bugged me as to why it doesn't have them :/ . Oh well ill be getting an Airdam at some point

Yh a heat gun lol . Its well easy , there's like 4 or 5 clips that actually clip the backing bit to the lense , heat them up peal them back , don't break them as you need them for resealing . Don't small sections jus heating the edge up and it should peal back easy enough ! And make sure you prep them well and use decent primer , as its a shiny surface the paint doesn't stick if you don't use a good primer !

I would like another set of facelifts to redo mine as there not perfect , however I think they look 100 times better than angels
