trust me it isnt an idle threat, he really is teh cunt im making him out to be. ive foned many MOT centres and theyve all said theres no definate law, just that the springs have to be secure and suspension fitted properly, that the car can get onto the ramps and into the rollers

just ignore him, if your mum lets him chuck you out then it's not worth living there. your mum should stick up for you more than him.

My car's lowered about 90mm on front and 60mm on back.

Ok it failed the MOT but not on the suspension so no it's not illegal by any means.

As long as it's installed correctly and no defect on any of the components then there's nothing to be wrong.

flmao!

Had a similar problem with my old man a while back, the result was I just carried on with my ways and he accepted it, he still tells me not to do things but he knows I will do them anyway, and tbh I know apart of him actually wanted me to do it he was just playing the parent part.

For example he wanted me to sell my Old LET Corsa do badly and always slated it, but didn't stop him taking it out for a spin when he felt like it.

In your case I think its slightly different, in a way if its failed MOT and your living under his roof then you don't really have a choice.

Think of it this way...
Have a slammed car or having a ceiling over your head? Know which one I would pick tbh

My parents got on at me when I got my Corsa C after Id had two Modified B's, they kept saying your not messing with it, your not lowering etc. Sure enough I ordered some coilovers for it and that weekend my dad help me put them on.

He will probably be the same with you mate. If you get him to do something on the car with you and it might get him to see that its perfectly fine.

And yh pics of car would be nice.

At the end of the day it's his house so it doesn't really matter how unreasonable he is being.

Also, having your corsa that low is stupid, it doesn't look good and it's terrible to drive, i'd listen to him.
