first corsa, didnt really get it, astra sport didnt get it, my irmscher astra sri i got it few times, my chavvy corsa got it looooads, in my vecta rarely do, apart from 2 meganes i had some fun with last night

I get people trying to race me pretty much on a day to day basis. I think its because my cars ridicoulsy loud, they most probably think, ''ohhh must be something powerful under there'' then i shock them by unleashing the power of the x14xe on them

Totally agree. It mad the type of attention you get in different cars. I drive a work van in the day, so people in van's stare over and try and race! I drive a metro in the week and no one takes a second look and people are so much more considerate on the road. As soon as I get in my Corsa on the weekend, people try and race all the time and feel its obligatory (sp) to sit up my ass. But they soon become really small in the rear view mirror and stop attempting to race for some strange reason!?

Get this alot on my 1.0, I have never actually attempted to try and race because I know I will lose
The few times the turbo has been out we get it alot, normally by some middle aged bloke driving his awesome diesal mondeo.
Hes soon gone though

I've had my Corsa for nearly 3 years now, for the first about 2 1/2, I constantly had people trying to race me. Since around April I never get it anymore, I might get the odd chancer every so often in an Astra Diesel but no-one seems to try and race me anymore. Only difference I can think of is it was around the time I put my bucket seats and harnesses in. I don't know if people see me in them and expect it to be quick so don't bother but at least I don't have to show how slow it is
