Well done mate - 2 minors is a good job too!
Just make sure you don't stack your Corsa now - spent quite a while last night reading the entire thread - is one of the best B's on here imo so would be sad to see anything go wrong!!!

*awaits, I wrote off my car thread*
Seriously, as everyone has said, take it easy mate. Seen too many new drivers make daft mistakes trying to push their limits.
Congratulations though

Shaun, well done sir.
I had no idea you were only 17 and that you weren't already driving.
Your car is bloody lovely you absolute git
I've always assumed going by your avatar that you were an established Corsa driver. Had no idea you'd had her so long and not been able to drive her.
Did you do the work or did you have help? What model/engine is she?
Once again, really well done mate. From what i've heard it's next to impossible to pass the driving test these days and most people are now paying a nice nigerian fellow 1400 pounds to take the test for them.
Regarding the coffee incident, If I remember correctly, I think you are legally bound/obliged to hunt down the assailant and pour scalding hot coffee in his eyes and over his knackers.

Thanks alot mate! When I first got it, it started as a completly standard 1.0 12v Merit. Dont think you could get much lower spec than mine as it didnt even have a glove box or mfd
I've done most of the work myself mate with a lot of help from my dad and good mates like little_duke who was always willing to help me. Cheers buddy! The only main thing I didnt do was the paintwork which was dont at a bodyshop

*sends shaunmods a magic wooden block to put under his pedal to ease the urge to plant his foot down*
As for coffee, its better than it being keyed like mine
Enjoy and remember you look cooler if you cruiz your car at 2000rpm not 5000rpm
