£495 fully carbon, £395 for carbon outer, fibreglass inner, £295 for 100% fibreglass. (most people find the £395 option most suitable).

We also offer 'race spec' bonnets, which are single skin (use 4 bonnet pins) for £395 - fully carbon, £345 - 50/50 carbon/fibreglass, £245 fully fibreglass. 'race spec' are reinforced with a honeycomb core for stiffness, and offer a further weight saving over a full replica.

Group buys will bring these prices down further, as previously stated.

If there is no interest in a group buy on the boots, what would the price be on doing a single one? Quite alot i'm guessing??

Let me know either way as I'am intersted.

How about wide stock looking panels? Like the JDM style aplications... that would be smart!

Are the f/glass bonnets just a skin with bracing underneath to make them stiffer?

1250mm is generally the limit for width (because of the way carbon is supplied on a roll). 1250x1500 could be done for £185 (carbon fibre reinforced with fibreglass). If you have no option but to use a larger sheet, please call me to discuss the options.

Carbon mods can supply a 2000x950 if that would be any use.

I know they're concentrating on kit cars nowadays but they sell flat sheet to industry. They can also supply a sandwich panel.

With our full replicas, the inner bracing is the same as on the underside of an original - it does make the bonnet alot stiffer than without the bracing. Our 'race spec' bonnets don't use bracing in the same way, the whole of the skin is made thicker with a honeycomb core - also to make them stiffer.

I hope this helps, Mike
