Mike, I emailed you last week, and thanks for the reply.

Do you have a pictures of the full length rear doorcards? Do these go right up to the end, by the light inspection holes, or just cover the same place as the standard door cards?

Also, how many people do you have signed up for doorcards?

I'm interested in:

Pair of rear doorcards (full length)
Boot interior trim (flat, no wiper motor)

Cheers

Our new rear trims go right to the back on the near-side, and is a little shorter on the off-side because of the filler neck. To be honest, our old rear trims were a bit pants, but the new shape ones fit beautifully

Kurt,

sorry, but our moulding prices have gone up a fair bit since this old quote - we have a 2000 square ft workshop and full time staff now, so costs are alot more than when we were in our shed! But quality has gone right up

A bumper mould would be more like £600. The bumper itself would be £395 for carbon reinforced with fibreglass, or £495 for 100% carbon.

So potentially with 4 people, a bumper could cost £545 each.. (or £595 each for 3 people).

But as I've always said, if you can get 5 or more orders (for any part), I'll take on the cost of moulding myself, so things get alot cheaper for you guys.

I hope this clears up the pricing questions

has anyone got a MINT gsi front bumper we could borrow for moulding? I already have tubbycorsa1's non-gsi bumper in our workshop, but will have to return it in favour of a gsi bumper if that's what we're going to do. There's enough interest now, so as soon as I get an original I can give the go-ahead for production.

This is the bumper I already have.

I've not got a corsa myself, but isn't this a nicer bumper to be using? Did they make a late-spec gsi bumper similar to this one?

let me know your wisdom

the bumper here is a gsi one, the main difference being the addition of fog lights and slightly different bumper grill at the bottom

im not 2 fussed, but im thinking i should have got the gsi to start with as thats seems to be the most popular choice
