1. ICT/Network Manager (Day Job), CCNA Tutor (Evening)
2. Yes and No, mostly on the job training during the past 7 years and a hell or alot of work put in at home on my own network to learn stuff.
3. I wish to learn more about management rather then more about ICT and then move into the private sector and maybe work for a large bank for example.
4. Getting paid is a bonus. I love my job!

1.what do you do and how did you get into it?
Im a nanny to a 3yr old girl, my college lecturer recommended me for the job once i'd finished my course
2. Did you train to get in your current job?
Yeah
3. Do you wish to progress through your current company, or do you want out?
I work 12 hours a day so I dont have time to do any more training. Been working there for just over a year now, and its getting a little bit boring, I'm stuck with the same kid everyday. Dont get any adult conversation and the dog always tries to hump my leg
4. Do you enjoy it?
Yes and no. My boss takes me for granted a bit and she 'forgets' to pay me for any extra hours I do, she doesn't seem to realise that I have a partner and a life, just expects me to drop everything when she wants. Then again, i've grown really attached to the little girl and i get on well with her.
I could rant about it all day long!!

1.what do you do and how did you get into it?
Business Development Manager for small medical company, had left uni and was twiddling my thumbs for months when i heard my boss was needing someone to install medical equipment within nursing homes, so started off casually doing that.
2. Did you train to get in your current job?
Not specifically for this job no.
3. Do you wish to progress through your current company, or do you want out?
I'm pretty much as far as i can be at the minute as their is only 5 people within the company but that has grown from 1 when i came on board. I started out installing and servicing and now own a share of the company. I suppose i'd like to progress the company as a whole rather than myself personally.
4. Do you enjoy it?
Enjoy it as much as i can enjoy a job tbh, i get on really well with the boss so there's no issues there. There are pro's and con's of working within a female dominated industry however
