I found I got bored of ours very quickly. It's not refined and the novelty wore off for me

Its basically a Corsa D Nurburgring/Clubsport

I had mine with the performance pack so lsd and brembos stiffer suspension etc so I cant really comment on the base VXR model

Fair enough can only see stiffer suspension magnifying the unrefinement. Appreciate they are not for that but becomes tiresome to drive as a daily IMO if you rack up the miles

on my old be the window didnt fit right, so wind deflectors reduced wind noise

Quite like wind deflectors tbh, not on 5 door vehicles though. They look great on my van.

Bloke in work has them on his Focus ST. He said they're great for smokers.

Had them on my b but they actually created more wind noise with windows shut, don't think the window could shut properly.
I had no aircon so I qualify for wind deflectors
