You need the copper crush washers Sean. You can get them from demon tweaks or merlin motorsport. Only pennies.

got the caliper pistons out yesterday, and picked up my new piston seals today from vauxhall... do love the GM sticker lol going to shot blast them and then probably use hammerite as a primer and paint over the top for a perfect finish thought as they are off the car might aswell refurb them

bit of a lame update but ooowell

Good stuff Sean mate!

Get all these bits done now so you don't have to worry about them in the future when you drop the lump in.

not sure tbh, cant really decide what colour to do them... i like black and silver but i will most probably go with black so ill buy the stuff in the can so i dont get brush marks, yeh pretty exspensive £16.75 each inc vat im not sure if the astra mk4 ones are the same as ebay sell a full refurb kit for £26.

Did you get get a tin in the end?! Was going to say it doesnt really leave brush marks mate Can i use some black for my rear drums please? Everytime i wash the inside of the back of my cesaros i end up with flaking bits of rusty metal in my microfibre cloths

Getting there sean

My semi smooth boot should be here soon, coilovers to be ordered on the 31st, gsi skirts and arches are still to be sourced then i might keep ashs clio when she goes to uni and either take the corsa off the road and drive that and use the corsa as a project, keep the corsa as a drive around project whilst i turn her clio into a sport or sell the corsa and keep the clio?! :/ hmmmmm!

Hows life?
Cant wait for mini shoot mate
