0003: "I was sure Tottenham had a striker lined up. They've even loaned youth striker Pekhart to Southampton. Michael Owen? Just get on with it!"

I love the fact that dickhead fans actually exist who would buy a shirt with a players name on the back who didnt yet play for their club.

Expect more deals to be announced over the next few hours.

Good move for campbell, he will do well there. I would think its a loan because of the time they had left. They will pay for him in january i would think.

And as for Man City........ WOW .........

taken from everton fan site
Former Manchester City, Middlesbrough and Preston goalkeeper Carlo Nash is said to be joining the Blues in a deadline deal today. The third choice Wigan keeper is needed by Moyesy as cover for Tim Howard. No disrespect to Carlo, but I am getting quite depressed watching Sky Sports reporting on takeovers and last day record breaking deals and our news is around Carlo imminent arrival.

When you consider Chelsea paid almost that for Shevchencko who did the square root of fuck all it may not be a bad buy.

Overpriced i agree, 10 million more than Keane, and although i like keane, Berbatov is the better player, so was always going to have to pay more, we just paid too much more
