With Ronaldo and Giggs also able to play up front off a player.

Its always been said you need 4 strikers to really challenge. We have that.

I think that happens with any 4-4-3.

As for having Rooney and Ronaldo together, if it happens you'd probably see them swapping around.

Scholes won't start every game so Carrick/Anderson would come in. I don't think Hargreaves would fit in a 4-3-3 though.

And wouldn't it be ironic if after all this spending...Arsenal won the PL.

Nah, United will be fine for goals IMO. I just think its going to be tough to pick a team from all that and keep the players happy.

IMO in a 4-3-3 you need some defensive midfielders in there - liked we'd have Masch and Alonso. And that would allow 4 attacking players at all time, with your fullbacks adding to this.

You sound like Cosmo! Look what happened to him!

You still have your Saha! (van Persie) hes not going to play too much for you this season! Which leaves you with Adebayor (Similar goals to Ronaldo) and Walcott, whos still finding his feet. Eduardo is still out, probably return when we get Campbell back from loan, further boosting our striking options!

Man United have options now, for that reason i'm going to say they'll win the title and probably won't be that far off retaining the Champions League either!

Dont get me wrong I still think Utd will win the League and run close in CL (they wont win it again, no-one ever does!) but IMO they ahve an imbalance in the squad and as Cosmos says, keepign everyone happy is goign to be hard, too many similar players!

Also Chelski are seriosuly light up front now without the RObinho deal

Man Utd will walk it this year imo,

Van der Saar
Brown Ferdinand Vidic Evra
Ronaldo scholes/Carrick Giggs/Anderson
Rooney Berbatov Teves

I doubt scholes or giggs will play a vast amount of games this season tbh

I just dont think they could play Rooney, Tevez, Berb and Ronaldo in the same team without seriously weakening your midfield.
