Yes that would be me lol, I do some favours for them and vice versa - although I bet they hate when I turn up with stupid little scratches haha! Oh well, I'd go with OCD tbh lol

Any the only plans he should have is to enjoy it, it's been off the road far to long fixing and upgrading parts!

as im getting old i decided that the exhaust is antisocial , so ive had an attempt at shutting it up abit,
one pathetic centre silencer to be chopped out.

one slightly bigger one halfway through being fitted.

and back on the car

conclusion! its still fvcking loud! ... its a tiny bit quieter so i suppose i havent totally failed , guess ill have to stop getting old.

its hard to say how loud it was/is, on a trackday it was 105db which is the upper limit. its prob about 104.99999 now .
i think the exhaust is ever so slightly quieter since putting the t34 on too tho. ive heard some 3"exhausts and they seem pretty quiet to me. without chopping the bootfloor out for a big silencer i dont see another way of making it quieter really , unless an exhaust place would have a beter idea ie somwhere that custom makes silencers of all shapes and sizes.

I've seen some middle boxes that are almost twice the length of that so maybe see if someone will make you one up?

i might do at some point ... its not as harsh sounding as it was which is good, a longer box would be intresting to fit really . this one is longer than the old one!

I know what you mean Nic i feeling old too, just changed my remus straight through for the remus center silencer due to the raspyness & raised my suspension from -90 rear & 80 front to the bilstein b10 kit looks around -60 all round.

And im only 23
