Been meaning to do one of these for a while . Well got the car late april time last year . Its a 1.4 twinport SRi in 20R Saphire Black . Picked it up for £3995. Is on an 04 Plate and only covered 46k , one lady owner from new and full service history !

When i first got it

First things i wanted to do was get some coilovers after having crap ones on my old B i wanted something of better quality and a mate recomended these FK silverlines ! Great quality for money imo !


I then Smoked my headlights and bought some 8k HID's


I had always wanted speedlines when i had my B so thought i'd get some with the money i got from selling it ! After hunting about i found 4 freshly powdercoated ones on ebay , with brand new tyres all round and Opel centers , Picked them up for £380 . Absolute bargain considering the condition .





Unfortunately cant find any photos of the inside of the wheels to really show how ,mint they are ! Anyway i removed the adjuster cups on the rear and still didnt feel it was low enough so swapped my FK springs for my mates 80mm Nova springs . And the result .


Some random photos . Also at some point got some genuine Vauxhall wind deflectors and my private plate .







Next up i wanted a decent exhaust system and everyone rates Piper so i ordered a Cat back 2 inch system with a 3 inch otward rolled tip . And got a custom Stainless 4-1 Decat manifold made by john ashley . Cant find any pics of the system and mani when i got them unfortunately But yolu can see the new backbox in some of these .





Right next up i decided i was going to strip the rear out completely (didnt scrape up sound deadning and wish i did) , get some bucket seats and harnesses , get a strut brace and paint the rear up ! Went for some Sparco Sprint FIA Approved Buckets and some Silver Sparco 3 point harnesses , also the missus bought me an OMP wheel .

Also got my boot fully smoothed and a few repairs done but no pics as yet . Thats it for major progress up to now , However ive recently been and got a bare dash and some other peices from a local scrap yard and removed some parts from my car and been in contact with Pheonix Autosport Flocking threw here to get everything flocked . He gave me a quote i couldnt refuse and the parts are now with him being done ! Cant wait to get it all back . Still need to get the roof lining out and spray that though .

Other plans for the year are :
Whiteline RARB
Powerflex polybushes all round
Irmscher Airdam Front Bumper
Full colour code
Get my SRi alloys powdercoated for the summer (Speedlines will be for sale at some point)

Gonna go wash it now and get some photos of the Boot as aint got any yet !

i love the look of your c sri and likeing the future plans, my mrs has a C sri aswell looks nice but not as nice as yours

That is gorgeous! So shiny and love the speedlines Be different with your all SRi wheels are blue or purple, go orange or something But looks really nice mate!

Theyll be done in blue or red mate . wont be for a while tho as i got other things i wanna get done like the engine

Maybe mate if everything goes to plan i might show , if not ill be attendimg anyway but the C will be hiding in the car park

Looks really nice that! Sits perfect and looks perfect, IMO I'd keep the wheels White too. I think it really suits it well.

Too many c's are going leary colours now, I think it looks amazing as it is!

Keep the updates coming in
