Even if they did, they only show KPH. To convert it you'd have to get a new face for starters, in which case you might as well just get a new face for your current clocks.

Granted it won't have the LCD screen in, but that'd be the only difference.

Unless there is a country that uses MPH and has ones that look like that?

They are Corsa C clocks over here

But over there they are fitted to b's

As in argentina they are still making B's iirc, or they were very recently
