I wanted something quick, economical and cheap to insure/tax.

looking back i wish i had left it a bit longer and saved a bit more as the car is too dull.

Needed something to learn to drive in after my first 2 corsa's, and this came up for the right price, cheap insurance, cheap to run etc and was abit different due to the colour, so bought it.

Has lasted me 3 years with no problems at all, and will be for sale in 2 months time

Had enough of the corsa after two years of owning. Started full time job and next project i was going to be on will require 200+ miles a week so decided needed it to be comfy as well as economical. So deicded to go for a Golf mk4 gt tdi 130.

Was close to the biza but i think VW swayed it as i plan to sell it on and think will be more wanted than the equivelants pd 130's.

wanted a quickish diesel my considerations were:

Megane 1.9 DCi = shit
Astra SRI CDTi 150 = too dear to insure
Astra 1.7 CDTI design = too slow
Golf 1.9 TDI = too dear too old too many miles

so I ended up with my 130bhp 1.9 JTD Punto, it had bluetooth, leather, climate and a glass roof so I snapped it up

It's big enough to carry 4 humans, 2 greyhounds and camping equipment. And it is also very good on motorways fuel wise.
