Did plan to borrow my dads car as it has a tow bar fitted, but I don't think Im insured on his companies policy

join the AA and then tell them you have broken down

done it a few times

OR

hire a trailer for the day its only about £30. i have a tow truck BUT would cost alot in fuel to get there and back

I might call the AA, I might be picking up a car in a few days time and, er... It has no engine in it. Oh, and no interior, it's a bare shell. I'll give them a call and tell them it broke down and I tried to fix it with the tools in the tool box in the boot
