If you do help PLEASE PLEASE quote the number and if you edit the picture to point out the place, I'll give you a kiss. enjoy!

1) Righhht this is the brake vacum rooster thingy, it goes into that port under the inlet manifold I'm asumming (and have been told) but how the devil do you get it to fit, cause if you use it as it is the pipe collaspes Suggestions, pics/drawings please!

2) OKAY so the one on the bottom goes back to the radiator? the one above that goes to the heatermatrix but which one left or right?! AND the one at the back pointing up, not sure where thats coming from (don't know the name?), does it go into the bottom hole of the header tank?

3) So these are the fuel lines right? one at the top and one at the bottom if you are looking at the bay, which one goes into what port on the inlet manifold (one on the left, one on the right)

4) Right in the third pic you can see the tube that ends up getting coonnectected to the rad, well as it goes behind the head/block it has two open ports, where the fook do these connect to?

5) I've been told by the great Lee Mitchell that this rubber 'joint' needs to be cut so the loose hose can be connected into the header tank, that right? best way to cut through that rubber joint without fucking things up anyone?

6) Hole under the mount, speed sensor?

7) spot the parts! top one is rad hose, bottom left is fuel line fasteners?

8) Name the parts

9) will I need the pipe off this? and what the hell for?

10) right, long cable trying to escape the rad connects to the head tank right? does it matter which port I plug it into?

yeah I've got one long fuel line and one short one, but THATS the ones disconnected from the car.

I'm more concerned about the fuel lines that are already attached to the car for my old 8v, how do I work out which one is the return pipe?

erm yeah, just put both in a jar, turn on pump, remove the return line then turn off pump.
Don't try and put your finger over the end, MPi pump can knock out 5-6bar, petrol sprays everywhere. enjoy

Just put a postive current on to the thick red/blue in the drivers footwell, should even be a perm live in the same 9pin block.

its also alot easyer if you cut the metal crimping off the pipes you have from the 2.0 right up at the big and small nuts then cut the black hose off them you will be left with a fitting that ypu can insert into the exsisting fuel pipes in your car and secure them with jublee clips....

thats how i did them when i done my c16xe conversion

spliting the pipes under the car under the drivers seat area presented 'other' problems

you see the fuel lines in this pic..?

do you see at the ends of them were the nuts are? there is metal crimping....

i cut this off then pulled/cut the rubber hose off it and your left with a fitting I.E the nuts that will push into this pipe.....

get me now?
