Jambo, can pick up a high mileage cab for 3k on a l/m plate, several places will supply and fit a 2.8/2.9 lump for 2k (used, low mileage). leaving 2k for brocks, rubber and a drop... and a little spare

i prefer the mk3 interior myself, although there are a few refinements i like about the mk4's. Otherwise I would agree that on the inside mk4's are a bit boring. As for handling, heavier car, side effect of its build quality. Pay more and get decent handling tho, the V5 and 4motion setup is very good imo, yet to try an R32, although reviews lead me to believe its very good, considering its weight.

Jesus I swear VR6 conversions have been made out ot be more expensive than they are! Right james now knows what hes getting
