Any updates on this build? Im currently building a gsi corsaab in Australia. Im using an f23 box so any questions fire them at me mate.

cheers . nah not had it started yet . still a few things to do

-sort oil cooler pipes ( looking for a b204 none turbo oil filter housing without the oil cooler connections). can then run a sandwich plate and have it connected that way.
-need swap the fuel pump over from the saab
-engine needs a service / remove sump and pickup clean and refit new gasket

got the boost pipes sorted and roughly cut the bumper out

what gearbox mounts have you used for the f23?
did you use dual mass flywheel?
how did you connect up the hydraulic clutch ? did you change the master cylinder?

also any pics of your build would be intresting to see. thanks for the help

Hey mate i made my own gearbox mounts and used a mk4 astra clutch master cylinder, modified the bulkhead and pedal to suit.

Looking good,huury up winters coming!
Some nice info from drummergsi on fitting the f23 box.
Modifying the bulkhead to take a hydraulic master,nice.
