Just a quick question, what forum or website is best to post photos of which I have taken?
I'm looking for a site if possible that allows me to create albums and also offers plenty of constructive criticism, as I am new to the DSLR game.

talkphotography ? - They can be quite dickish on there though.
upload to flickr, can create Albums etc on there

Yeah talk photography can be okay but take it all with a pinch of salt. There's users on there that live for belittling other people rather than constructive stuff. It's a shame as there is also a large number of truly talented people on there with a massive wealth of knowledge that have no problem sharing it.
There's the community stuff on Flickr too but I always felt it was a little disjointed somehow, albeit it covers the full gamut of photography from all over the world so sometimes worth battling through it 
500px isn't bad but not really for criticism, more of somewhere to showcase stuff, it's mostly positive on there and fantastic for inspiration
