Basically I have a sub with a built in amp but I don't have the specialist wiring kit for it is it possible to wire into a external amp?

not sure what you mean mate. Do you already have an amp wired up in your car? if so the wiring from this will fit the sub with built in amp just swap them over

The sub has a but in amp that takes a plug rather than just leads I have a amp wired already but want to bypass the built in sub as I don't want to waste money on a kit for it
