I have two games installed to hard drive, if I sell the Xbox will the games be available fir the next buyer if I wipe my data ?

Ok so once Iv bought them if I get rid of Xbox there gone ? There's no way round it ? As trying to sell and don't want to advertise with games if they won't be on it

I think youll need to transfer the licences before you delete them, that way when you redownload them on another console youll select that console as your new console to which the licences transfer to.
The games are locked to your account therefore you cannot sell them or download them from another account, and iirc even if you did leave them on the xbox i dont think another gamertag can play them.
