Sonus is the business tbh.

If you've got the cash to stick them everywhere you want then it's all just really easy, can control each different room from your phone.

Yea, the £259 speakers seem a good price, What about waterproof for the bathrooms though?

There are sonos components which are just amplifiers basically, if you can hide that somewhere you can use whatever speakers you like, so could get bathroom suitable ones.

I've just recently got hold of a couple of airport express' and wired them up to an Ipod docking station I already had and an old stereo in the garage. It allows you to stream straight from an 'i' device and also allows the multiple zones to play the same tunes when ran from your iTunes on the PC. So far it works fine, the quality seems OK, although the stuff they're connected to isn't the best as it stands anyway.

The Sonos would be a much better package all round, but it's a cheaper alternative that works if you run apple kit anyway.

Im really tempted to go for the sonus stuff.

I assume there is no as good, cheaper equivelent?

Factoring in £249 per small room and a bit more for a big room isnt so bad in a full decorating project really.
