not always could be connection if hes in America his connection will be silly quick so even though you see him and are shooting him hes already moved which is why you can stand there and stick 10 bullets into someone they turn round 1 shot at you and you are dead

yeah I think so it had no real hacks to it you had 4 classes to chose from which had only 4 guns you had vehicles tanks and jeeps etc was just fun
