A mortgage adviser suggesting ways of fraudulently obtaining a mortgage would make me find a new adviser.
There are ways around everything but not by blatantly lying to them 
There's normally a reason the bank won't give you the mortgage, what are you going to do in 6 months time when you realise that the reason was because you can't pay the mortgage

Find another adviser (and report this one).
It's selfish dickheads like him/her that contribute to these global financial issues... They want their commission, you get a house and then later down the line you can't afford it any more so it ends up getting repossessed etc.
Fucking hate people like that.

well i thought i would ring the hailfax to see what the crack was!
there dont do mortgages on old buildings for 5% anymore!
fucked him off now and just going to rent for a bit, save up some money and try again in a few years, my wife will be on better money after her training, and my wage can only go up!
