I went to fit my new Optima Yellow Top Battery today but couldnt fit it!!

This was because the terminals are on the other side of the battery to my standard one and the powers leads and earths didnt reach the new battery terminals!!!!!

Anybody know how to over come this problem easily or is the battery simply not gonna fit right!!!!

Yeh thanks didnt think of that one!!!!

But if you used you wit to think about it you'll see that if you turn the battery around the terminals will be the other way round and therefore even further away from the leads!!!!!

I know a guy who can run his ice with engine switched off for 2 hours with a yellow top and still the car starts no problem!!!

Its just real annoying to have the battery sat here when it could be in the car!!!!

Yeah I thought the Yellow top was designed to be fitted seperatly to the engine bay, like in the boot or some such.
