Do u only need a bigger altenator the charge the battery faster, as in will it all work without one, but just for not as long? Im on a budget and need to buy things in stages, so was gonna go for the battery first, then cap then altenator!

FORGET the Cap!! Proper way is Alt, Batt THEN cap IF you need it, which you shouldnt if you didnt skimp on the first two! Whats this meet at Alton Towers then people? Im in Notts so wouldnt mind comming along if theirs a meet. Im rolling on Steels though....

so u would reccommend a 70amp alt, optima yellow top and 4awg wiring to run 2400w RMS to the boot? i get paid friday so am gonna order the stuff!

If that is a genuine RMS and not peak then use at least 2 gauge from the battery and possibly two optima's, if its peak then you'll be ok with what you said. what you running with 2400 RMS, im hoping its not pyle, boss or lanzar vibe RMS you are using lol

see my garage. 1200w rms per channel 2 channel audiobahn amp going to 1000w rms (3000w peak) lightning audio subs. Its on its way from america soon, already paid for!
