Hello guys n girls im looking for abit of help please, iv got a problem with my friends c16xe not starting we have fitted a x16xe lower inlet manifold and power box we have pieced it all back together its turning over fine and has fuel at rail and a strong spark but for some reason its still not starting, could anyone shed some light to why it isnt starting ?? If anyone could help we would be very greatful  any suggestions ?? Thanks
