What about the drivers mirror switch ->passenger mirror
and also drivers passenger window switch ->passenger window?
If thats the case then why does the multi-plug plug have 11 extra contacts in my door wiring looms?

the other two will be for the door switch which turns the light on when you open the door. you must have a sh1t lomb cos i have all the wires in mine.

It all depends on what model car you have,i had a gsi with no leccy windows or mirrors,i fitted them,but mine had the wiring in the car,alli had to do was fit the door looms,and solder the different central locking connectors on.
Where abouts are you mate,if you can get over to bolton near manchester,ill wire it all up for you for £50.Im a qualified electrician.

Thats about a three hours drive from me.
Any nearer and I'd be over like a shot. Just want thsi thing dusted now
