you have to use a program that can edit gifs

if you dont have any decent editing programs, just open up the image using imaging(start|accessories|imaging) save the file as a bmp and edit(in imaging or paint) then open up in imaging again and convert it back to a giff

i use image ready that comes with photoshop to edit gifs
