Always used mininova.org to get my things, so wasn't too fussed about the death of Piratebay, but seems they're too chicken shit to do what they were made for and have gone legal

Arse.

Used to use isohunt for some things, and it was good, but looks awful. Mininova was good for music and software, just had to read reviews and be sensible about what you were downloading

Am on 2 private trackers as well Bart, but I only use them for TV and Film, they rarely have any decent music or software on there, was just handy having mininova which had tons of things on it, even if the seeders were shit

With public trackers, people (including me), usually just hit and run.

Private trackers are more about sharing and therefore faster speeds.
