On my Corsa B theres a little red LED on the hazard light switch (meant for the alarm)

BUT

my alarm doesnt work. Is there any way I could get this LED to flash when the ignition is off, and stop flashing when the ignition is on

Hold button by interior light down for a bit then next time you lock the car dead lock it and it should flash.

Think you can buy flashing led's that you put in the car, for stuff like this. Try demon tweeks?

Could just fix the deadlock? Ive seen someone on here post a link to the part you need. This will then fix the alarm.

is the deadlock a common thing to break? and are you reffering to the mechanism behind the drivers door lock moka?

Wiring an LED to a live (the positive side) and an ignition live (the negative side) makes an LED "live" when the ignition if off and dead when it's on.

When the ignition isn't live the LED can earth down the ignition live line

mine doesnt work in my corsa at present but ill look into this...

when you turn the key into the deadlock position its supposed to make a little buzzing noise isnt it?

it worked on another corsa i had but not this one, therefore the red led doesnt flash
