50 or 100 pushup is easy without good form... and you might aswell be p!ssing against the wind if your not doing them properly...

i suppose the idea of 100 pushups is good to give people a goal to work towards... but ideally you need to be dong them in sets... 20-25 reps per set.

There's a big difference between 50 and 100 pushups to begin with but neither are 'easy'.

Told my training partner about this then i watched him blast off 80 off the belt no problem at all

He's built like a little tank tho and his job requires him to be strong as fook so im not suprised really.

I had a go, i could only do 50 stright off but i had already trained last night so i could prob do more than 50 on a fresh.

I can do 4 sets of 25, no problem. I have press-up handles that make you go down further so its harder, feel it through your back, shoulders etc too.
